Colleen possesses a passion for design and has devoted her professional career toward the crafting of powerful digital offerings which have captured customers' imaginations while enhancing their online experiences. In 2004, Saks offered Colleen a position as a Web Designer, initiating an association that lasted the next 12 years. An understanding of customer needs, a focus on competitors and changes in the marketplace all transformed into an exceptional customer experience. In 2014, Colleen received a promotion to VP of Digital Design for HBC where new challenges allowed her to grow both personally and professionally as she employed my talents and experience to further enhance the success of Saks, Off5th, Lord and Taylor, and Hudson's Bay.
In 2016, Colleen joined Adobe as part of the Business Development Team focused on Creative Cloud within the Retail industry. With an unprecedented amount of technological advances and rapid increases in content velocity the Creative industry is facing more challenges now than ever before. At Adobe Colleen gets to use her 14 years of design and retail experience to partner with external clients and have a direct impact on the software that made her fall in love with design all those years ago.
